Great opportunities and benefits, but teamwork needs improvement

Pros

I’ve been given great opportunities since my first year. The company offers excellent benefits, including hybrid working, yearly pay rises, recognition, and support for training and development.

Cons

Some people take advantage of the hybrid working policy and do not contribute as much as they should. There can also be resistance to change, and at times a lack of teamwork, which leads to unnecessary complaints about the company.
