Good culture Senior management are down to earth and nice people Generally lovely people that work there

Some management can be very toxic in the form of different treatment of different staff in teams Seem to be expanding too quickly and starting to lose the culture that was once great Will present an opportunity or act as if they are supporting you but a lot of the time promises for development or opportunities are empty or not followed through

Work-life balance, flexibility, hybrid working
