      Pros

      The team is incredible. Some of the smartest, kindest, and hardest working people I've met in my career. I feel supported and empowered in my day to day work. Clients are generally great, and the challenges are enjoyable and realistic. I'm in charge of my schedule; there is flexibility that contributes to a good work-life balance. Benefits are excellent. I don't live in fear of needing medical care.

      Leadership, culture, perks, opportunity, upward mobility. FloQast is an incredible place to work for a myriad of reasons - leadership is incredibly supportive of personal and professional goals; culture is fun, competitive, and hard working; great perks/benefits; plenty of opportunity to grow within the company in various departments! I see myself here for the long long term!
